- Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground duck,
- 4 burger buns,
- lettuce, tomato,
- and cranberry sauce.
Instructions:

Chickpea Burger with Hummus

- Ingredients:
- 1 can chickpeas,
- 1 egg,
- 4 burger buns,
- lettuce,

- and hummus.
Instructions:
Puree the chickpeas in a food processor, mix with the egg, and form into 4 patties. Cook the patties in a pan with a little oil until they’re golden brown. Assemble the burgers with the buns, lettuce, tomato, and patties. Top with hummus.
Tofu Burger with Marinated Mushrooms

- 1 block of firm tofu,
- 1 cup of mushrooms,
- soy sauce,
- 4 burger buns,
- lettuce,
- and tomato.
Instructions:
Slice the tofu into 4 thick slices and pan-fry until golden. Marinate the mushrooms in soy sauce for at least 30 minutes, then sauté. Assemble the burgers with the buns, lettuce, tomato, tofu, and mushrooms.
